Litigation is generally something that many in business work hard to avoid, but occasionally you find yourself involved, whether it's to resolve customer, partner, or employee contractual disputes or the recovery of commercial debt.
Blaser Mills has a highly experienced commercial litigation team headed up by Partners Jonathan Lilley and Alka Kharbanda, supported by Gareth Price (Associate Solicitor) and Lena Braathen (Legal Executive & Debt Recovery Specialist), all based at High Wycombe, with Sangita Manek, Partner, based in our Harrow office.
The team will help you with all aspects of contractual disputes from debt recovery and return of goods through to interpretation of contracts; as well as providing you with advice on Shareholder/Director disputes (both for the Directors and the minority Shareholder).
