The more serious matters are often resolved by jury trials in the Crown Court. Blaser Mills have a dedicated department to handle a range of offences including murder, gbh, high value fraud and sexual offences. We frequently take on the most challenging and complex of cases and work in close conjunction with leading Counsel in many fields.
Focusing primarily in the South East, Blaser Mills have the ability to cover cases throughout the United Kingdom, often on short notice.
Preparation is the key to success and many of our more complex cases will be worked on by a team, sharing their respective expertise as well as involving other forensic professionals such as Accountants, Scientists, Psychiatrists and Psycologists.
Recent notable successes have been gained in the area of defence work for teachers and former teachers who have been falsely accused of sexual impropriety. In addition, we have recent experience of the representation of defendants charged with multi-million pound fraud, corruption and counterfeiting matters.
