MAGISTRATES COURT
Our experienced team of solicitors represents clients throughout the Thames Valley and beyond. Many of our clients have the benefit of Legal Aid, having been assisted by us in making the relevant application. We cover the full spectrum of criminal allegations and deal with all types of hearings, including trials.
Within the department we have solicitors who specialise in sex offences, serious fraud and drugs offences, including confiscation and forfeiture. We also cover motoring matters and licensing - which is more typically funded on a privately paying basis.
