PRISON LAW
Our Prison Law Department advises and represents prisoners who have been recalled on licence and wish to challenge this. A successful outcome can result in our clients being released at an early stage in their sentence rather than having to serve the full period. Hearings take place before the Parole Board and are typically covered by legal aid.
We also cover hearings relating to prison discipline matters which our clients wish to challenge. These hearings often take place before a District Judge and determine whether additional days will be added to the sentence.
