Matrimonial and Family matters can often become emotionally charged, frequently complicating the original legal concern.
You can see any of our solicitors, most of whom are members of Resolution, the national organisation whose members seek to adopt a conciliatory rather than a confrontational approach to matters. Most of our team are also members of the Law Society Family Law Panel and the Children Panel.
This approach can reduce animosity and reduce emotional pressure by seeking mutual agreement rather than conflict, can often be more cost effective and produce a quicker solution to problems.
Our Family Department team consists of skilled professionals. While being friendly, approachable and sympathetic, we will nevertheless, if it becomes necessary, take a more forceful route in order to achieve an appropriate resolution.
Should court action become the most practicable way of resolving difficulties, we will conduct this effectively and for your benefit.
