CHILD CARE PROCEEDINGS
It can be an extremely stressful time if you are experiencing problems with children and Social Services become involved. We can provide you with assistance in respect of Child Protection conferences and negotiations with Social Services where your children have been accommodated but not made the subject of care proceedings.
We have considerable experience in acting for parents and children in respect of applications by Local Authorities for Care and Supervision Orders and applications to place children in secure accommodation.
