Blaser Mills merges with Norris Bazzard

Blaser Mills are delighted to announce the merger with Norris Bazzard and Co that took effect on the 3rd May.

Bringing together as it does over 200 years of  service to clients in the Chilterns and South Bucks areas, the combined firm can now justifiably say that it represents the interests of more clients in this geographical area than any of its rivals. But it is not just a question of numbers – it is as much to do with the ability of the larger combined firm to compete on equal terms with competitors in the larger metropolitan areas on its doorstep and into London.

Harnessing the talents of experienced practitioners who bring with them an impressive array of clients, both private and commercial, will only serve to enhance the reputation of Blaser Mills as a local firm with aspiration and ability to serve clients of all sizes and with all kinds of legal problems.

On a personal note, Managing Partner Steve Bennett has been pleased to reunite members of the Bazzard family with a firm that their father was previously connected to over 50 years ago when he practised as Batchelor Bazzard and Newman in Amersham.

“It is strange how matters go full circle and this business connection was clearly destined to be joined up again” Steve says.

As part of the Firm’s planned development the merger represents a significant step forward in regard to the securing of a strong and sustainable foundation for provincial practice in these times of change.

The Firm welcomes Roy Bazzard as a consultant alongside his former partners David Michaels and Jane Aldridge together with well respected lawyers Ian Wetherell and Doreen Morrisey. All will continue to practice from the Amersham address supported by Alka Kharbanda who has moved over from Blaser Mills Staines office to lead the office at Amersham.
