Road Traffic Accidents
All vehicle drivers have a legal duty to drive in a way that does not endanger other road users. If a person causes an accident by driving recklessly or without due care and attention they are almost certain to be legally liable for that accident and, if you have suffered an injury as a result, you will be entitled to claim compensation.
