All vehicle drivers have a legal duty to drive in a way that does not endanger other road users. If a person causes an accident by driving recklessly or without due care and attention they are almost certain to be legally liable for that accident and, if you have suffered an injury as a result, you will be entitled to claim compensation.
Whether you are a driver or a passenger, if you can demonstrate that the accident was caused by another driver then we can help you claim for any injuries you have suffered as a result, even if the driver at fault was your own husband or wife or whether in fact you were a passenger on a bus or in a taxi or, indeed, if you were a pedestrian.
Even where the driver at fault has no insurance we can help you make a claim for compensation via the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) who will then take steps to recover any compensation paid this from the uninsured driver.
