Colin Smith

Colin is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team.

He specialises in corporate transactions, including joint ventures, management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions. He frequently acts for buyers and sellers in business and share sales and has particular expertise in agency, distribution and franchising matters, including commercial agency issues, both in the UK and internationally.

He has acted for clients across a range of industry sectors including IT and Telecoms, manufacturing and distribution, freight and logistics, health care and professional services.

Prior to working in private practice, Colin worked at Bhs Wickes and Proctor & Gamble in their in-house legal teams.
