Life as a trainee:

“I wanted to be part of a firm where I felt I was a valued member of the team. The responsibility given to trainees, client exposure and the open-door policy of the firm has ensured this from day one.

My ambition was to train with a firm which could provide a high quality training program whilst maintaining an approachable, friendly ethos. Blaser Mills achieves this perfect combination. The high levels of responsibility given to trainees is supplemented by the wealth of support available from both supervisors and trainee mentors. There are many opportunities to progress within the firm, with many current partners being previous trainees themselves.”
