Sally Morse

Sally is a second-year Trainee Solicitor based in the Rickmansworth office. She is currently sitting her third seat in the Commercial Litigation team, working alongside Sangita Manek. Sally has already completed two seats in Personal Injury and Employment and is keen to continue developing her skills in contentious areas of law.

Sally manages her own caseload and has been involved in a wide range of litigious matters ranging from taking initial instructions and advising clients at the outset, right through to settlement or trial. She also has experience in dealing with the process for costs assessments.

Sally has dealt with various civil matters including contentious probate, contract disputes, possession claims, TLATA claims, and Landlord & Tenant disputes. She conducts work for both Claimants and Defendants.

Prior to joining the firm, Sally completed her LPC at the University of Law (Bloomsbury), following her degree in Law and Criminology at the University of Sheffield. With Sally’s background in criminal law and law enforcement, she is experienced in identifying and analysing evidential documents to go before the Court.

Life as a Trainee:
