Abigail qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined Blaser Mills in September of that year having trained at Turner & Debenhams.

She is a solicitor in the Wills & Probate department based at the Chesham office, specialising in Wills, trusts, probate and tax matters.

Abigail undertakes Administration of Estates, the preparation of simple and complex Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Tax mitigation work. She acts primarily for privately-paying clients, mostly individuals. She routinely deals with estates valued at over £1m but guarantees the same high quality service to all of her clients, regardless of the value of their property and assets.

Abigail is comfortable dealing with complex estates with regard to Inheritance tax and Capital Gains tax mitigation. She is also very experienced in negotiating with the Capital Taxes Office.

In her spare time Abigail enjoys scuba diving with her husband, going to the theatre and reading.
