Adrian Palmer circleADRIAN PALMER

Adrian is a Partner in the firms Property Department. He joined Blaser Mills in 1978 and was made a Partner in 1981. Adrian worked in the firms Rickmansworth office and was Partner in Charge there until November 2006.

In November 2006 he relocated to the firms Chesham Office to take up the mantle of Partner in Charge. His experience in property, particularly commercial matters, compliments the traditionally strong property department at this office.

Adrian has a varied case load, the common thread being that all his work is property related. His fields of expertise include; the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential properties (many at the higher level of value), also lease extensions and, more recently, options and overage agreements, involving single and multi unit prospective developments.

Adrian also deals with commercial property work, including the sale and acquisition of freehold and leasehold properties, such as offices, shops, restaurants and other industrial premises. Adrian acts for individuals, local and national companies and businesses.

Adrian's interests include gardening, walking, sports (now watching rather than participating!) and watching films.
