Alan Durling circleALAN DURLING

Alan is a solicitor in the Family department.

Alan qualified in 1974 and has been with Blaser Mills since December 2003. Prior to working for Blaser Mills Alan ran his own firm, Durlings in Gillingham, Kent from 1977 to 2002.

He then worked in the legal department of London Borough of Hillingdon until September 2003. Before joining Blaser Mills he was a locum specialising in child care law.

Alan is a highly experienced family law solicitor dealing with private and publicly funded matters. He has particular experience and interest in complex child care/child protection cases and has expertise in cases in which serious child protection issues are to be resolved.

Alan also has many years experience in settling financial arrangements following divorce or separation, resolving domestic violence issues and emergency court applications. Alan is known for providing an understanding approach coupled with an efficient and prompt response to issues.

Alan lists his leisure interests as rugby (watching these days, not playing), walking and music.
