Alex joined the firm in September 2004 as a trainee solicitor. Having qualified in September 2006, she joined Blaser MillsProperty Team as an Associate Solicitor.

Alex is based in our Harrow office where she specialises in residential property transactions. She deals with a wide range of property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, lease extensions, buy-to-let mortgages, transfers of equity, and title rectification projects.

Although she acts mainly for private individuals in the sales and purchases of their homes Alex also acts for property investors and local companies to assist in their increasing property portfolios. More recently, she has been acting for developers in the plot sales of high value new build properties in the south east of England.

Alex understands that the buying or selling of any property can be a highly stressful time for any client. She ensures that she guides her clients through each transaction with a full explanation of all of the complexities of the legal process. Alex prides herself on her efficient and focused approach to each individual transaction ensuring that clients timelines and expectations are met and managed at all times. A benefit is derived from Alexs excellent links with local estate agents, ensuring that channels of communication are well maintained.

In her spare time, Alex enjoys running, travelling, literature and cooking.
