Carole is part of our Residential Property department.
She joined Blaser Mills in 1988 as Conveyancing secretary to David Turner, the Senior Partner at that time. She subsequently qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2000.
Carole left Blaser Mills in January 2001 to work for Taylor Walton in Hemel Hempstead but rejoined the firm in January 2002 .
All of her time at Blaser Mills has been spent at the Chesham office. As a result of this she has a wealth of experience in dealing with the particular local issues and problems that can arise during property transactions.
Carole acts on all aspects of residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity transactions and specialises in Housing Association, Shared ownership and similar transactions as well as Equity Release transactions.
She prides herself on offering a friendly and efficient service and deals with matters personally from commencement to post completion.
In her spare time Carole enjoys hiking, travel, gardening, cookery, reading and yoga and pilates.
