DAVE MATTHEWS

Dave is a partner in the firms Personal Injury department.

He joined Blaser Mills in 2001 having previously worked at IBB solicitors in Uxbridge and Pattinson & Brewer, a large specialist personal injury firm in Holborn. He became a partner at Blaser Mills in 2003.

Dave specialises in all types of personal injury claims and has extensive experience conducting claims arising from accidents at work, trips and slips and road traffic accidents. He also has acted in numerous more complex claims involving industrial deafness, RSI, workplace stress and asbestosis.

Dave acts mainly for Claimants but also represents Defendants.

Dave is happy to act in low value cases but has also conducted many high value claims and acted in the significant reported cases of Anderson v Newham College of Further Education and Nanglegan v Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust.

Dave is the firms Marketing Partner.

Away from work Dave enjoys football, cricket, music and red wine.
