DAVID KEMP

David was educated in Maidenhead and Bristol. He joined the firm in 1983 as a trainee, qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and became a partner in 1990. He is based at the High Wycombe office and is the head of the firms Property Department.

David specialises in commercial property work and deals with development site acquisition and set up, freehold acquisitions and sales, the granting and taking of leases (offices, shops, hotels, public houses, restaurants, warehouse and industrial buildings) and commercial lending and security work. His work also involves him in the acquisition and disposal of small businesses and general commercial landlord and tenant issues.

When not at work, David enjoys playing squash, fell walking and the occasional game of golf.
