David Turner circleDAVID TURNER

David was educated at Watford Grammar School and served articles with a local firm, H W Batchelar and Newman. This firm merged with Blaser Mills in 1978.

Having qualified in 1967 David became a Partner of the firm in 1968, and was Senior Partner of Blaser Mills for some years before his retirement from Partnership in 2006. He is now a Consultant for the firm.

David's experience in conducting property transactions in the Chesham and Rickmansworth areas is unrivalled. He trained in Rickmansworth and was responsible for opening up the Chesham office of Batchelar and Newman in 1968. He has subsequently practised at one or other of these offices for almost all of his forty years in the profession and has an outstanding knowledge of the particular local issues which can arise during transactions.

His area of specialist knowledge is extremely wide and includes:

Acquisition of sites for development and sales off plan.

Commercial leases.

Housing Association work.

Residential sales and purchases.

E-commerce, privacy policies and data protection.

Commercial Mortgages.

Despite having been in practice for many years David still has the enthusiasm and commitment to maintain the high level of professional expertise essential in this area of work.

David's leisure time is filled with gardening, sport in general and reading. His outdoor interests include gardening, walking and golf.
