DIANE PITCHER
Diane is a member of our busy Family department at the Aylesbury office. She joined Blaser Mills in April 1996 as an associate solicitor having qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and having subsequently practised at B P Collins and Stuchbery Stone.
Diane specialises in dealing with divorce and financial matters following divorce for the whole range of clients. She also has considerable experience in dealing with children issues, domestic violence matters, separation and cohabitation matters including the drafting of deeds of separation and cohabitation agreements.
She also has an expertise in Education Law, matters such as school admissions and exclusions and special needs. Diane is member of the Education Law Association.
Diane accepts instructions on both a privately and publicly funded basis. She is highly respected as an understanding, efficient and conscientious lawyer who provides a top quality service for her clients.
Diane is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and of Resolution (formerly the SolicitorsFamily Law Association).
