GARETH PRICE
Gareth is an Associate solicitor with the firms busy Commercial department. Gareth trained with Blaser Mills and qualified as a solicitor in 2002.
Gareth undertakes a range of commercial litigation matters, specialising in contract disputes, construction disputes, insolvency matters, inheritance disputes and professional negligence claims. He represents a mixture of businesses and individuals in the Thames Valley area as well as national organisations with branches throughout the UK.
Gareth has an increasingly high profile in his area. He acted in the case of Barrett & Medcraft v Davies 2007 (All ER 267) and has recently conducted high value construction litigation as well as complex trust matters involving overseas jurisdictions.
At the other end of the spectrum Gareth is happy to deal with lower value, yet no less important, matters on behalf of individuals.
Gareth deals with matters from start to finish and is, therefore, able to offer a truly personal and high quality service.
Gareth is a sports enthusiast. He plays golf (with a handicap) in the summer and skis in the winter. He is a former County athlete in athletics and cross country running and he is a keen follower and supporter of football and rugby. When his busy sporting schedule allows, he loves fine dining and travel.
