Gary Kiely circleGARY KIELY

Gary is a solicitor in the Private Client department. He specialises in probate, tax planning, Wills and Powers of Attorney. He has some conveyancing experience and a keen interest in tax law too.

He qualified as a solicitor in 2006 having previously spent 10 years in management and customer services. His experience in that field ensures that a top quality service is provided to all of his clients. He enjoys working with people and has a very friendly, approachable manner.

Gary sets himself high client service standards. He endeavours to deal with telephone calls and written correspondence immediately and will, on request, provide monthly written updates on longer running matters.

Gary specialises in the full range of Private Client work:

Probate - Gary deals with a variety of estates from nominal values to estates worth over a million and relishes a challenge.

Tax planning - Gary offers up to date advice on tax planning. His aim is to save you as much money as he can by reducing your tax liability.

Wills - Gary offers a full Will service. He will advise you on potential tax saving ideas and preparations that can be made to make loved ones' lives easier once you pass.

Powers of Attorney - Gary is happy to see clients at home, at the office or in hospital. He ensures that your wishes are carried out in full.

Gary has written lectures for Law Abroad Ltd. - a company that provides lectures for lawyers in South Africa.

Gary is based at our Chesham office but visits the Harrow office on request on Wednesdays.

Gary is a family man, with 3 step daughters and a new baby. He is kept very busy outside work. When he finds the time Gary enjoys buying and selling collectables and keeping fit.
