Ivor joined the firm in September 2001 as a Legal Executive having qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1975.

He is a member of the Property department based at the High Wycombe office.

Ivor worked in the oil industry from 1964 to 1975 dealing with commercial contracts and petrol filling station leases, licences, sales with purchases and ancillary matters.

Following this Ivor moved into the City dealing with high value commercial transactions for multi-national companies. Work involved freehold, leasehold, landlord and tenant with a diversity of types of property including hotels, offices, business parks and retail shops.

After the City, Ivor moved into the Legal Department of a National House Building Company dealing with development set up, statutory agreements, plot development sales with part-exchange properties, both freehold and leasehold. The work also covered rent charge developments.

At Blaser Mills Ivor concentrates on residential sales; an area in which he has substantial experience and expertise. He deals with all aspects of this work, including sales, purchases and mortgages. His practice also encompasses all aspects of non-contentious property with some commercial property. His major dealings at this time are acting for property traders on linked transactions.

Away from work Ivor enjoys golf, skiing, food, travel and most TV sport.
