Judy Paxton circleJUDY PAXTON

Judy is a Legal Executive in the firms Residential Property department. She became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1983 and joined Blaser Mills in 2000 after working in the British Waterways legal department.

She is based at the Rickmansworth office.

Judy is involved in all aspects of property law including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Right-to-Buy purchases and first registrations of title. She accepts instructions from a wide range of sources including, primarily, private individuals and small developers. Judy also accepts legally aided instructions where property matters are to be dealt with within matrimonial proceedings.

Judy is very well known and respected by the local estate agents for the quality and speed of her work.

Judy has been involved some very high profile cases including the reported planning/landlord and tenant case of Westminster City Council v British Waterways Board 1985 (House of Lords).

In her leisure time Judy's interests include swimming, yoga, visiting the cinema and trying to learn Spanish (slowly!).
