Lisa is a legal executive in the Property department.

She joined the firm in 2004 having qualified in that year. She is based at the High Wycombe office.

Lisa specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions. She has experience in sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, buy to let, new builds, shared ownership and rectification of title defects.

She deals with all nature of properties from small flats through to very substantial and expensive homes. She has a mixed caseload, acting generally for private individuals and property investors.

Lisa has excellent working relationships with local agents and through this is able to ensure that potential problems in a transaction can be minimised through good communication and prompt action. She works closely with the other members of the Blaser Mills property team to provide a top quality service to clients. On an individual level she offers a personal service to clients and deal with matters quickly and efficiently.

Lisa obtains a lot of repeat business; this being testimony to the quality of the work that she carries out.

In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym and eating out.
