Louise joined the firm in July 2000, went on to complete her training and qualify as a solicitor in 2005 and was invited to join the partnership in April 2008. Louise is based in our High Wycombe office where she specialises in residential property transactions but has also had experience in development work, housing association work, right to buy and shared ownership transactions, transfer of ownership, re-mortgages, title rectification projects and matrimonial related matters.

Louise has a reputation for carrying out work of the highest quality to very demanding deadlines. As a result of this she has been sought out and instructed in an increasing number of high value transactions dealing with residential properties valued between £1m and £2.5m. Despite this, Louise is happy to accept instructions to deal with property of any value and guarantees the same high quality service in every instance. She prides herself on offering all clients an efficient service to ensure that the transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible.

Louise has a balanced caseload of private clients and companies. She also acts for developers dealing with the sale of new properties. Louise also acts for a number of investment clients who have built up their property portfolio with her.

Away from work Louise enjoys travelling, reading and fitness.
