Rubia is a solicitor in the Personal Injury department. She has a special interest in Dental Negligence claims.

Rubia joined the firm in October 2003 having trained with Wedlake Saint in the City and qualified in 2000.

She is based at the Harrow office.

Her interest in dental law stems from the fact that she is married to a Dental Surgeon. As a result she has an extensive knowledge of dental procedures ranging from simple fillings to advanced dental implant placements and the applicable protocols. This knowledge enables her to make an accurate evaluation of the viability of a potential claim and its value at a very early stage.

Rubia has successfully settled complex dental cases involving implants and severe gum disease.

Rubia also deals with the full range of personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, pavement trips and slips and accidents at work. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

During her leisure time Rubia enjoys the theatre, opera, cooking, travel and spending time with her family.
