Tom joined Blaser Mills in September 2002 as a trainee solicitor. He qualified in 2004 and has remained with the firm as an associate solicitor in the Residential Property department.

Tom is based at our Rickmansworth office where he specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions. He generally acts on behalf of private individuals but has also acted for local companies in respect of a range of property matters.

Tom is experienced in dealing with freehold and leasehold titles and has completed lease extensions to enable owners to maximise the value of their homes. He also acts in New Build purchases from Developers and Right to Buy acquisitions from Local Authorities.

Tom prides himself on providing an approachable, personal service; he deals with matters in their entirety from start to finish. Tom has good working relationships with local estate agents and this helps to ensure faster completions.

In his spare time Tom enjoys photography, music, films and football.
