What does Brexit mean for residential property?

Since the Brexit vote last week, our clients remain positive and the flow of transactions we have are proceeding as normal.

The likely impact over the medium term is yet to be established, but any slowdown in the market is expected to be short lived for various factors, including the probability of continuing low interest rates predicted by economists, and the general lack of available properties in the market place which tends to keep demand high.
