9:30-10:00am: Andreja Ivancic, Topical HR Matters– HR policies and procedures to help mitigate risks associated with social media and cyber security. Also, a brief update on topical issues such as the new National Living Wage, immigration rules, holiday pay, the future of Zero Hours contracts, gender pay gap reporting, childcare vouchers and modern slavery statements.
