Blaser Mills adopts new Conveyancing Protocol

The Blaser Mills Property Team has adopted the voluntary Law Society Conveyancing Protocol following its introduction by the Law Society on 1 April 2011.

The Protocol promotes uniformity of procedures and cooperation between all parties in a Conveyancing transaction to ensure that a house move is stress free. Whilst the Protocol restates the values and procedures that we already utilise and pride ourselves upon, adopting the Conveyancing Protocol at such an early stage is important for our team to remain at the forefront of the evolution of best Conveyancing practice.

The introduction of the Conveyancing Protocol offers an added benefit to our clients. Its aims and obligations are;

• To improve communication and co-operation between all parties involved;
• Tailoring every conveyancing transaction to each individual client’s needs;
• Improvements to the documents used in the conveyancing process and the responsibilities that each party has to move the matter towards a swift conclusion.

We strongly believe that each client should be fully informed throughout their property transaction, and promote this with complete visibility of each client’s residential property sale or purchase with an online case tracking system, and text message updates at key stages. this system complements and promotes the Conveyancing Protocol.
