Return of Goods

If goods have been supplied and the contract provides for ownership of those goods to be retained, then a specialist claim is required to seek the return of the goods.

Our bespoke software allows us to progress these types of claim through the court system, both to obtain return of the goods and also to secure a money judgement for any outstanding charges or unpaid invoices.

Claims can include the return of goods that are on loan or free hire (e.g. promotional stands) and those subject to hire agreements or supplied under a contact.

Often these matters can be resolved commercially without the need to commence court proceedings. Our streamlined process results in the economic return of most goods, even relatively low-value items, which makes the recovery of assets and the protection of branded or promotional goods worthwhile.
