“If you fancy mixing commercial and private client law”… at a “friendly and inviting” firm, then “consider Blaser Mills”.
Last month, Chambers Student Guide, sister publication of the prestigious Chambers and Partners Guide, published its annual review of law firms who offer traineeships. The publications, often considered the bible for students and graduates seeking law firm training contracts, offer unbiased, independent advice on the type of training contract, culture and working environment to expect at respective law firms.
The Guide’s ‘True Picture’ feature offers an impartial review of the training schemes, based on in-depth interviews with trainees who have worked at each firm.
This year, our first and second year trainees have given Blaser Mills a glowing report, commenting on our Partners’ open door policy “Talking to a partner doesn’t feel like a visit to the headmaster”, that the firm “has a very corporate feel”, whilst still retaining a culture of being “friendly and inviting”, with a comment from one trainee, “I loved it!”.
