Annual Financial and Legal Surgery

Annual Financial and Legal Surgery

You are invited to attend our annual financial and legal surgery, purposely designed to provide individuals with information on Financial Planning, Wills and Estate Planning.

We understand that seeking professional advice on your financial planning can be daunting, which is why we are holding an informal yet informative virtual surgery event where you are able to book an allotted time slot for a general review, or to ask any questions you may have about your planning.

Due to the current social distancing measures, all appointments will be dealt with via video conference.

We will be offering advice on the following topics:

Blaser Mills Law: Wills, Trust & Probate:

  • Inheritance tax planning and the Residential Nil Rate Band
  • Protecting assets from care home fees
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Wills for business owners

Lorraine Sellwood from Eight Wealth Management Ltd: Financial planning:

  • Investing in the current climate
  • Coronavirus and its impact on your financial future
  • New tax year opportunities and changes
  • Investment planning, retirement planning and later life planning

The dates are as follows:

24th June 8am – 12pm

30th June 1pm-6pm.

The surgery is without obligation and will be held with Lorraine Sellwood.

Lorraine is a Director of Eight Wealth Management Ltd, Principle Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Manager and offers advice on retirement planning, inheritance tax planning, protection, long-term care fees and savings and investments.

Our Wills, Trust & Probate Partners have in-depth knowledge and expertise in legal matters relating to inheritance tax planning, Trusts, Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
