We are delighted to announce that Noel Deans and Sarah Staines will be joining our industry leading corporate services team, bringing a wealth of legal expertise and contacts within the corporate sector.

Their arrival will not only enhance our existing corporate offering but will also enable us to continue to meet the growing demand as clients adjust to the new economic climate.

Noel Deans has been appointed as partner and head of the employment team. With over 20 years’ experience in employment law, Noel has previously worked in large city and international firms and has advised senior employees, FTSE100 companies and some of the largest US headquartered global companies. Noel has been ranked amongst the top 20 employment lawyers in the UK.

Sarah Staines joins as a consultant lawyer in the growing Intellectual Property team. With a career spanning over 35 years, prior to joining Blaser Mills Law Sarah was the managing director and founder of Touchstone Legal Services, providing commercial contract, IP, data protection and IT law advice to businesses nationwide. Sarah has acted for a number of household brands, particularly in the retail, food and hospitality industries.

Our corporate services teams have gone from strength to strength over the past few years, having recently announced a series of significant client wins and high-calibre lawyers, all of which add real strength and depth to our corporate offering. Notably, we have brought in lawyers with expertise in employment, commercial litigation and intellectual property.
