Today (22 June), Blaser Mills took part in the World’s Biggest Property Bike Ride, organised by CBRE.

The World’s Biggest Property Bike Ride is an annual charity cycling event, and the property industry’s only professionally-managed road cycling event. This year, the bike ride started and finished at Sandown Park Racecourse in Esher and offered two distances, 50km and 100km, allowing riders to take in the beautiful roads of the Surrey Hills.

All the proceeds raised from the entry fees were donated to their UK-wide charity partner, Shelter. By the end of 2017, CBRE aims to raise over £1 million to help 5,000 families struggling with bad housing or homelessness.

Two partners at our firm, Hiren Gandhi and Julian Monk, took part in the 50km ride and successfully completed the race in 2.5 hours! A huge well done to everyone involved, including Hiren and Julian.
