Ben Henderson

Ben is a second-year Trainee Solicitor based in the High Wycombe office. He is currently completing his third seat in the Real Estate and Development team after completing his second seat in the Data Protection and Employment Team. Ben is able to assist on a wide range of Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, commercial lease negotiations, commercial lending and security matters and licensing work.

During Ben’s second seat in the Data Protection and Employment Team, Ben was at the forefront of the GDPR team assisting clients on data transfer agreement and data processing agreements. Ben advised on all data protection issues companies faced in the wake of the new regulations. As part of the full GDPR service the team offered, Ben would regularly complete on-site data inventories and gap analysis for companies seeking to comply with the new regulation.

Prior to joining Blaser Mills Law, Ben studied Law at Sussex University. In 2015, Ben completed the Legal Practice Course at the BPP University, Holborn. Following his studies, he went on to work as a Corporate Paralegal at a regional law firm working mostly with mergers and acquisitions.
