Ben Henderson

Ben is a first-year Trainee Solicitor based in the High Wycombe office. He is currently completing his second seat in the Employment department where he assists on several employment and HR matters, including employment tribunal and litigation claims. He also covers non-contentious work including the drafting of employment related agreements, documents and policies, together with the employment aspects of restructurings and transactions, including cross-border work.

During Ben’s first seat in the Commercial department, he assisted on a variety of Commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property protection.

Prior to joining Blaser Mills Law, Ben studied Law at Sussex University. In 2015, Ben completed the Legal Practice Course at the BPP University, Holborn. Following his studies, he went on to work as a Corporate Paralegal at a regional law firm working mostly with mergers and acquisitions.
