The Blaser Mills Law Corporate team are delighted to have been instructed by shareholders of national insurance broker, UKGlobal Broking Group, in the successful sale of the group to Aston Lark.
UKGlobal is a dynamic and fast-growing insurance broker who are engaged in arranging insurance across a wide range of commercial sectors. Their client offering, which is underpinned by eleven offices nationwide, includes private medical and group risk insurance solutions.
The acquisition by Aston Lark is set to accelerate UKGlobal’s growth plans and to support further development of its services in the coming years. According to UKGlobal, a key driver of the deal was the strong cultural match and shared values between the two organisations.
