The Blaser Mills Law corporate team were delighted to have been instructed by the shareholders of Collision Management Systems Ltd on the successful sale of the company to SambaSafety.

SambaSafety serves more than 15,000 global corporations and insurance carriers with driver monitoring and online training on the Qorta platform, as well as risk pricing solutions.

The merger will allow customers of both businesses to leverage the powerful combination of telematics and camera-critical events data from CMS and SambaSafety driver risk data sources, providing a comprehensive view of driver risk.

Steve Johnson from Collision Management Systems Ltd commented: “Blaser Mills acted for the shareholders of Collision Management Systems Ltd on the sale of the business to SambaSafety . The Blaser Mills team worked with commitment and flexibility, in a professional and personable manner – their contribution was critical to the success of the sale process.”

Partner and Head of Corporate, Edward Lee, added: “The Blaser Mills Corporate team were all delighted to have helped in a merger that will allow both parties to leverage the outstanding skillsets and products of both CMS and SambaSafety. It was a complex deal and I was very proud of the teams dedication to getting it done successfully for our clients who were great to work alongside.

This deal formed part of an extremely demanding 12 months for the team across all sectors and with buyers and sellers from multiple jurisdictions.

Deal activity remains high and if you are thinking about buying or selling a business we would be happy to talk to you about how we can help you.”
