Blaser Mills has announced a number of key changes to its senior team, as part of the firm’s ambitious growth plans.

In addition to James Simpson joining the firm as Partner and Head of Employment, as of 01 April 2017, the firm has promoted three new Partners, Karen Woodison, Sarah Timothy and Lisa Smith.

Karen joined the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Probate team in 2013, having practised in this area of law since qualifying in 2010. Karen commented: “I am thrilled to be joining the partnership at this time. I have already seen a huge change in the firm, from moving to brand new offices, to welcoming senior lateral hires to the team. Becoming a Partner is an honour and I look forward to being involved in the future of Blaser Mills.”

Sarah is also an experienced solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team. Her outstanding performance and client service has meant she has risen quickly from being a trainee at the firm only 3 years ago. Sarah added: “Many of the Partners at Blaser Mills were previously trainees at the firm before joining the partnership, something that the firm is proud of. As one of the firm’s youngest Partners, I hope to continue my progression with the firm for many years to come.”

After practising residential property for over 15 years, Lisa commented: “Having been a part of Blaser Mills for so long, I am very excited about tackling the new challenges that Partnership will bring. We have a first class Residential Property team and I feel privileged to be a part of that. I very much look forward to helping that team and the wider firm flourish further still.”
