Halle is a paralegal in the corporate and commercial team.
She graduated from the University of Bristol in 2023 with a Law degree and has joined the team to further her knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial law.
Halle supports the team members by assisting with the preparation and drafting of agreements as well as ensuring that the necessary administrative tasks involved in matters, such as submitting Companies House filings and post-completion documents, have been completed.
