Harry is a Lawyer in the Dispute Resolution team and has expertise in Property Litigation.
He acts for both corporate and private clients in relation to rent and service charge disputes, possession proceedings, forfeiture claims, collective enfranchisement and nuisance claims.
He also advises private clients on boundary disputes, trespass claims, claims against professional advisors and contract disputes.
Harry completed his Training Contract at a regional firm and has extensive knowledge of the local area, acting for developers, lenders and local businesses.
