Katherine is a Lawyer in the Employment team.
She offers advice for individuals on all aspects of employment law both contentious and non-contentious, including settlement agreements, contract terms, and attending disciplinary hearings and employment tribunals.
Katherine has experience of working for companies on non-contentious matters, including drafting documents such as contracts and staff handbooks, as well as due diligence during company mergers and acquisitions. She acts for companies in defending claims from employees in grievance procedures and in the Employment Tribunal, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
She also has previous experience in the charity and commercial sectors in the UK and Middle East.
