Oksana is a Partner in the Corporate team.
She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters (with a particular expertise in cross-border transactional M&A, often acting overseas, specifically the US), assisting them with buying and selling companies and businesses, management buy-outs, joint ventures, reorganisations, mergers and de-mergers, private equity deals and investments.
Oksana also assists her international clients with setting up businesses in the UK and provides ongoing legal support during various stages of business development and expansion.
Oksana has substantial experience of running international and domestic transactions from outset to completion, acting for companies operating in various industries, with a particular focus on tech and fintech companies and businesses.
In addition, given her Ukrainian background, she frequently assists Eastern European companies and businesses, as well as HNW individuals with various matters which require expertise of the English law qualified solicitor.
