Tess is lawyer in the Construction & Engineering team.
Tess undertook her training contract at Blaser Mills Law before qualifying into the Construction Department in September 2023.
Tess manages her own caseload as well as working closely with Lewis Cohen on complex and high value cases. She advises the full range of the Department’s client base.
Tess has quickly built-up experience in the field of Adjudication, particularly in terms of preparing complicated legal arguments and supporting witness statements.
She also advises insolvency practitioners to pursue the best path to recovery from debtors in the context of construction disputes.
While Tess’ workload predominantly consists of contentious construction matters, Tess is also routinely instructed to draft construction contracts within the JCT suite of contracts.
